By accessing or using Agent Audit ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

Agent Audit provides monitoring and alerting services for AI agent activity in your Gmail and Google Calendar accounts. The Service tracks emails sent and calendar events created or modified, helping you maintain visibility and control over automated actions taken on your behalf.

3. Account Requirements

To use Agent Audit, you must:

• Have a valid Google Account
• Be at least 13 years of age
• Provide accurate account information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials

4. Google Account Access

By connecting your Google Account, you authorize Agent Audit to access your Gmail and Google Calendar data as described in our Privacy Policy. You may revoke this access at any time through your Google Account settings or our Settings page.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use the Service to monitor accounts you do not own or have permission to access

6. Subscription and Billing

Agent Audit offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed according to the plan selected. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice when possible.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Agent Audit are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your data but grant us a limited license to process it for providing the Service.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL DETECT ALL AI AGENT ACTIVITY OR PREVENT UNAUTHORIZED ACTIONS.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AGENT AUDIT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Agent Audit harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at our discretion, with or without cause. You may terminate your account at any time by disconnecting your Google Account and discontinuing use.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
